New Year Quiz
This photo shows some happy Dundee players in the early 1980s. One of them has a link to the present Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger. Fellow blogger Adullamite has offered a tenner to anyone who can tell who the player is...*
possibly Ray Stephen - second from right - who played for Nantes ( I think) and probably cut up one Arsene's suit in the dressing room (prior to stepping up a grade to Cove Rangers)
Good man Ken! It's a good one to ask after a few beers in the pub. Who was the first British player Arsene Wenger signed as a manager? It was Aberdonian Ray Stephen when he played for Nancy circa 1984.
